Elizabeth’s passion is her work in all areas of helping people achieve their goals, such as smoking cessation, using Hypnosis, NLP, TFT, among other methods. As a result of her long and varied career path, she can incorporate an array of therapeutic options for her clients' benefit. Her friendly, easy manner creates a comfortable place to allow a powerful and lasting change to take place for those who wish to achieve their full potential.

In addition to receiving her Ph.D. in Psychology, she has trained with Dr. Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna in NLP. She is certified in hypnosis, eye movement therapies, and meridian therapies. This combination has given her the insight she had been seeking into how the brain processes the bombardment of information it receives every day, creating both positive and negative behaviour patterns and forming our belief systems.

Prior to this journey of self-discovery Elizabeth was overweight and out of control for many years, and had a severe lack of self esteem. Upon realising her goals and developing a new sense of self, she wanted to make that experience available to everyone. Becoming happier, healthier and in control of our lives is a joy to be able to give everyday!

Dr. Elizabeth White lives in Cheshire (in the UK). She divides her time between seeing private clients, conducting seminars to both private groups and businesses, and spending time with her husband Howard. Elizabeth has many clients around the world which she coaches by telephone or web sessions, consistently achieving the same amazing results.

Her other hobbies include her love for learning and exploring all aspects of music, cooking, reading and travelling.
