Today's post is about Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs. Why, you ask? We'll tell you!
Take a good look at this image of Maslow's triangle, starting at the bottom. Notice which of your needs are filled, and which ones you're working on fulfilling.

- Your basic needs are all met, which is why you even have the mental space to be asking yourself the meaningful questions about how you can have more self-confidence, or a better body image, or a greater sense of purpose, or more romance in your life. Be thankful for all those needs you don't even think about anymore, because they're completely taken care of, and always have been!
- You're probably going to have a lot of time over the holidays to reflect on the most important things, which means you can notice in Maslow's heirarchy here exactly where you might want to focus on growing and developing as a person as time moves forward from here.
We're grateful for this time to reflect over the holidays, and we're grateful for all the amazing steps our journey has taken us on this year, and we're grateful for your reading this. Gratitude for where we are - you are - now allows us to look contentedly toward what's even better, and get excited to create it!
Happy Thanksgiving!
